Green Heart of Kenya has witnessed another fantastic quarter where our construction work has picked up, and our sales have continued. We are excited that the show home construction is complete and are embarking on connecting water and electricity. We expect progress can continue over the next few months as we move Green Heart of Kenya to the company we all imagined it would be. This newsletter is to inform you of the progress that we have made over the last few months. Through it, we hope that you will gain more insight into what you have been doing and refer more of your friends and relatives to this project.
The water network is well underway, and we expect to be to be pumping water around the high pressure network by September.For power, we are about to go to tender for the distribution network and aim to have this installed by around November. we are employing a phased approach, starting with KPLC as the power source and adding solar and a generator backup as we grow. We are working with Powergen who will be our partners in generation and licensing.
